Where is the entrance?

LUI is located in the Scientific Building.

When you arrive, please use the building call box and search for LUI, Carolyn or Kimjoy. We’ll welcome you in remotely.

Once inside, take the stairs to the second floor and continue to the very end of the hallway. You’ll find Suite 250 there.

Please allow a few extra minutes for parking and making your way to the studio. We want your arrival to feel unhurried.

Where should I park?

Street parking is available throughout Pioneer Square.

Nearby paid parking is available at:

  • Stadium Place Parking Garage at 530 Occidental Avenue S, offering covered parking just a short walk from LUI.

  • Diamond Parking on 1st Avenue S, between Main & Jackson Street.

  • The surface lot on 2nd Avenue S, between Main & Jackson Street.

Please allow a few extra minutes for parking and making your way to LUI.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

For the safety of our clients and team, we do not keep cash on the premises and are unable to accept cash payments.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

Complimentary consultations are also subject to our 48-hour cancellation policy. Consultations canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will incur a $50 fee.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please complete your client intake form before your appointment. Any treatment-specific preparation instructions will be included in your confirmation email.

  • Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If it’s your first visit, we recommend allowing a few extra minutes for parking and finding the building entrance.

    As LUI is appointment-only, the door remains secured between appointments. When you arrive, search for LUI in the callbox and we’ll buzz you in as soon as we’re available to welcome you.

  • If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be shortened to respect the appointments that follow.

  • As LUI is appointment-only, we recommend arriving solo whenever possible. Our space is intentionally designed around the client receiving treatment and does not have a dedicated waiting area for guests.

    If you need to bring someone with you, please reach out prior to your appointment so we can do our best to accommodate.

  • Gift cards are available online and make a thoughtful gift for any occasion.

  • Orders are thoughtfully prepared within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is $8, with complimentary shipping on orders of $100 or more. Local pickup at LUI is also available at no charge. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
