Where is the entrance?

LUI is located in the Nord Building, and the entrance is in the Nord Alley between 1st & 2nd Avenue, accessible from either Jackson or Main Street. We are halfway down the alley. Detailed arrival instructions will be included in your appointment confirmation.

Where should I park?

Street parking is available throughout Pioneer Square.

Nearby paid parking is available at:

  • Diamond Parking across 1st Avenue from the Nord Building.

  • The surface lot on 2nd Avenue between Jackson & Main Street.

Please allow a few extra minutes for parking.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

For the safety of our clients and team, we do not keep cash on the premises and are unable to accept cash payments.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please complete your client intake form before your appointment. Any treatment- specific preparation instructions will be included in your confirmation email.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If it's your first visit, we recommend allowing a few extra minutes for parking and finding the studio entrance.

  • If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be shortened to respect the appointments that follow.

  • Guests are welcome to relax in our waiting area or explore our retail selection while you enjoy your treatment. To preserve the calm atmosphere of the studio, we kindly ask that guests be mindful of noise and respectful of those receiving services.

    For the safety and privacy of our clients, guests are only permitted when a member of our front desk team is present. If the front desk is unattended, we ask that guests return when your appointment is complete.
